Who are we?

In 1997, Unigroup ApS was founded by CEO Flemming Licht as he recognized the consumer’s need for better healthcare solutions.

Within our selected business areas we aim to be the preferred source of Consumer Healthcare solutions.

We have pledged to act responsibly in social, environmental and business contexts. By striving to be best in our industry we achieve growth and increased value for our customers, partners, employees and shareholders.

In 2004, Unigroup ApS introduced a quality management system in accordance with ISO 13:485.

What do we do?

We develop innovative and unique consumer healthcare products and medical devices, specialized within Dermatology/Pediatrics with more than 20 years of experience.

Our drive is fueled by our passion for constant innovation and we have a strong believe that healthcare products should support and impower the body’s natural responses.

We create safe products tested on people, as our focus is always to maximize the efficiency of the treatment available to the consumer, while reducing or eliminating the risk of side effects.

Today we distribute and market branded products to more than 2000 pharmacies in the Nordic Region, and to distributors around Europe.

Where are we going?

Change is a constant, but so is our curiosity in the search for better solutions. We continue to ask the questions that still hasn’t been answered by the market.

Our experience has taught us the value in continuously learning and looking forward in this industry, which keeps us motivated to work harder and better on every product we market and develop.
